Her deneyin farkl\u0131 bir amac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Rutin kan ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, h\u00fccre ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, n\u00fckleik asit izolasyonu, protein \u00e7\u00f6keltme veya farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellikteki \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrmek gibi farkl\u0131 deney t\u00fcrleri, farkl\u0131 t\u00fcp \u00f6zellikleri gerektirebilir. Santrif\u00fcj t\u00fcpleri 0,2\u03bcl den 750 ml ye kadar \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 kapasitelerde bulunur.\u00a0 Ancak 0,2\u03bcl, 1,5ml, 5ml, 7ml, 15ml ve 50ml kapasiteleri yayg\u0131n olarak tercih edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcp\u00fc tam doldurmak s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131ya neden olabilece\u011finden, genellikle t\u00fcp\u00fc 3\/4 oran\u0131nda doldurmak \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relatif Santrif\u00fcj Kuvveti (RCF):<\/strong> Bir t\u00fcp\u00fcn dayanabilece\u011fi maksimum h\u0131z\u0131 belirlerken RPM (h\u0131z) yerine RCF (santrif\u00fcj kuvveti)&#8217;i g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmak \u00f6nemlidir. RPM, sadece rotorun d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken, RCF yer\u00e7ekimini de hesaba katar, bu da daha do\u011fru bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcd\u00fcr. Y\u00fcksek RPM&#8217;e ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmuyorsa, maliyeti d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ad\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck relatif santrif\u00fcj kuvvetine sahip bir t\u00fcp tercih edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Malzeme Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> Cam santrif\u00fcj t\u00fcpleri kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa, k\u0131r\u0131lma riskini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck santrif\u00fcj kuvvetinden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7elik t\u00fcpler genellikle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, \u015fekil de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyen ve kimyasal etkilere dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Plastik t\u00fcpler ise polipropilen (PP), polistiren (PS), poliamid (PA), polikarbonat (PC) ve polietilen (PE) gibi \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli malzemelerden yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olabilir. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlara dayanabilen ve bir\u00e7ok kimyasala kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li polipropilen t\u00fcpler tercih edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Santrif\u00fcj i\u015flemi i\u00e7in d\u00fcz, konik veya yuvarlak taban gibi farkl\u0131 t\u00fcp tiplerinden uygun olan\u0131 tercih edilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u0131cakl\u0131k:<\/strong> D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda santrif\u00fcjleme i\u015fleminde veya depolamak i\u00e7in -80\u00b0C gibi s\u0131cakl\u0131klar gerekli ise \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcpler kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tek \/ \u00e7ok kullan\u0131labilirlik:<\/strong> Deney tipinize ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k veya \u00e7ok kullan\u0131ml\u0131k t\u00fcpleri se\u00e7ebilirsiniz.
